A blend of stitching and gluing, this ball's production involves initially applying a special adhesive to the edges of its 32 panels. Once the glue dries, the panels are machine-sewn together. The ball is then placed in a two-piece mold, heated, and pumped up. The heat activates the adhesive, bonding the panels and ensuring a lasting, seamless, round shape. Finally, the seams are sealed for added durability.
