Gorgeous Large Vintage Crystal Ashtray/Trinket Dish 8"

Large vintage crystal ashtray/trinket dish, 8" in diameter. The interior surface features delicate, silky etching of a floral and leaf motif, including detailed depictions of roses and foliage with a intricate starburst design in the center of the bowl. The lower exterior portion of the bowl showcases deep, vertical prismatic cuts that catch the light dramatically ending in a scalloped border at the top. Gorgeous mixture of faceting and old fashioned floral etching. Very heavy, weighs almost 4 lbs, 8" across and 2" high. In pristine condition, a rub mark on the bottom of the dish (see photo) and a couple of tiny bubbles from manufacturing in the middle of the dish.
