For constructing reinforced structures, HV bolts according to EN 14399-4 and washers, along with EN 14399-6 nuts (minimum 300HV hardness) are required. Washers are factory-coated with molybdenum disulfide - MoS2 - to reduce friction during tightening. To ensure consistent joining parameters, use matching bolts, washers, and nuts from the same manufacturer. Classified as K1, these kits are joined in a mixed method (two joining stages). All necessary information is provided on the label for proper assembly.
