This is a cute down jacket from Moncler with a rare, frilly design. I purchased it about 10 years ago from Estnation in Roppongi Hills.
While it has been used, I wore it with care, so I believe it's in very good condition.
Although not visible from the front, there is a small area on the back of the cuffs where the white fabric is slightly showing due to wear. I think it's within the range that can be repaired.
