These powdered metal drills are designed to tackle challenging materials. The VPH V-Series line is perfect for drilling exotic materials like Inconel, even without through-tool coolant. OSG's unique XPM substrate and V-coating create the toughest, most wear-resistant drill compared to other HSS drills. Key features include OSG's V-Coating, Radial Point Thinning, and XPM Powdered Metal Substrate. With a diameter of 4.089mm (20 wire gauge, 0.161 inches), 43mm flute length, 87mm overall length, and a 6mm shank diameter, this drill offers precise cutting with a tolerance of +0/-0.018mm (h8).
