Hand painted M. J. Hummel, 2nd annual collectors' plate, 1972. This collector's plate features a boy blowing his horn guarding the town. It is beige in color with a rim of golden brown and a colorfully clad watchman. It is marked 1972.
On the backside of the plate, it features W. Goebel-Porzellanfabrik, M.J. Hummel 2nd annual plate 1972. Rodental-West Germany #265 and the year it was made, 1971. This plate measures 7 ½” in diameter No chips, cracks, repairs or flea bites mark this plate. This plate is a limited edition and is 53 years old. A rare find without any flaws.
