This listing is for Samantha Parkington, a historical character set in 1904. This Pleasant Company Samantha doll is in good condition, with no stains on her vinyl, a tight neck string, soft and wavy hair, and eyes that open and close. The only sign of wear I noticed is that her face is just a tiny bit off. My mom did not notice this; perhaps it takes a trained eye. (I do love dolls!). Images are included of her face, of course. It is truly not very noticeable. Her limbs are not super tight, as to be expected at this age, but she can still hold a pose and stand on her own. Samantha arrives in a beautiful homemade Christmas dress. She would make a great doll for kids and collectors alike. :)
