- Timer & Meat Probe Target Temperature Setting: Built-in timer helps manage cooking time, and you can set the meat probe target temperature. The control unit will alarm when the actual temperature reaches the set value
- Usage Notes: It is normal for the auger and fan to run intermittently as the PID regulates temperature. If a fault occurs, the controller may stop working, but this doesn’t necessarily mean a part is completely damaged. You can bypass the fault detection system temporarily, but replacing the faulty part soon is recommended.
