This Rexnord ZN112315 spherical roller take-up block bearing has a one-piece cast-iron housing, a spherical roller bearing insert with a single setscrew locking collar and a 3-15/16" straight bore, and a metal clearance seal. It can be used with a Rexnord protected screw frame. The bearing housing is made of cast iron, and its one-piece construction provides maximum strength and rigidity. The bearing insert's double-row construction allows for both radial and thrust loads under static, oscillatory, or dynamic conditions, and for misalignment of the inner race in any direction up to 4 degrees of total misalignment. It has super-finished raceways for reduced friction and noise, an open design that allows for lubrication in place, and a C3 clearance rating that accommodates thermal expansion at higher speeds. It has a dynamic load rating of 130,970 lbf and a static load rating of 137,000 lbf. The metal clearance seal allows the bearing to operate with no frictional drag and no limitations on speed or temperature.
