Product works great as a protective topcoat over painted, stained or bare concrete. Urethane-fortified acrylic formula provides excellent resistance to chemicals and hot tire pickup with low odor. Premium water-based sealer dries quickly to a clear gloss finish that does not yellow for long-lasting protection and durability. It is durable, long wearing, scratch resistant, stain resistant, and it extends paint life to interior and exterior floors and garage floors. It also protects against moisture damage and enhances the natural color of brick, slate, stone, exposed aggregate, saltillo, clay pavers, and stamped concrete.
